RULE: ROADMAP AND SIMPLIFICATION
In this slide, we added the data points that show when and how influence happens that causes change. The data comes from 75 books that cover communications, social psychology, influence, behavior change, instructional design and so forth. The main learning from this study: most messengers focus on connection and awareness, not on the complete change process of the person who receives.
